Mirage Scouts are the latest addition to the Mirage family. The team has two competitive rosters – Overwatch and Rainbow Six Siege – comprised almost exclusively of female players. Most of the original team members met each other at Meltdown Montreal’s Overwatch Fridays, instantly became friends, and eventually started their own team: the Sailor Scouts. Since then the team has grown substantially, gone to compete on a number of professional stages, and is now bringing their competitive skills and expertise to Mirage.
Mirage Esports was founded in Québec in 2017 with the goal of raising the province’s profile in the international scene and helping Canadian esports athletes reach their full potential. Mirage supplies players with a similar structure to that of traditional sports organizations, but adapted to the esports reality. Coaches, analysts, managers, and a whole team of passionate professionals make up the Mirage team. Following its acquisition by Northern Arena, Mirage became Québec’s first professional esports organization.
