Michel is passionate about everything in the realm of gaming and esports, and he strives to create opportunities for Canadian talent to rise on domestic and international stages. He brings years of expertise in broadcasting and tournament organizing to make sure Mirage Esports becomes a dominant force in esports.
Mirage Esports Director of Operations & League of Legends Team Principal
After graduating from HEC Montreal in 2017, Babin founded Mirage with the goal of putting Quebec players on the world stage of esports. With previous experience as a coach in tennis and track and field, he applies his knowledge in traditional sports to esports, bringing great success for Mirage over time.
Mirage Scouts Director of Operations
Bouffard founded the Sailor Scouts esports team in 2016 in Montreal. Since then the outfit has become a recognizable presence in Canadian esports, going on to compete in a number of high-profile events. After joining Mirage in 2021, the Scouts are keeping their momentum, headed for even greater competition on even bigger stages.
Bouffard’s priority with Mirage Scouts is and will always be to strive for diversity and inclusion and to empower women who want to play competitively.
